You will oversee operations, governance, and modernization initiatives, reporting to CIO/CTO and aligning with CMS/HIPAA compliance.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong cloud and networking skills, and a proven record in vendor management and IT governance.

Qualifications

10+ years progressive IT experience with enterprise IT operations and infrastructure.
8+ years leadership/management experience supervising technical teams, managers, engineers, and support personnel.
2+ years AWS enterprise cloud experience with EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Landing Zone.

Responsibilities

Provide executive-level IT leadership for enterprise cloud services, infrastructure, network operations, service desk, cybersecurity, vendor management, and modernization initiatives.
Oversee AWS cloud environments, cloud migration, provisioning, governance, cost optimization, security, and resiliency.
Lead incident response, major incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Establish IT service management and governance processes including incident, problem, change, configuration, request, and SLA management.
Develop SOPs, dashboards, executive reports, service catalogs, and operational documentation.
