Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of IT Services in Jackson, MS to provide senior-level leadership across enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud operations, networking, and IT service governance.

This on-site role oversees day-to-day IT operations and modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and infrastructure upgrades. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in IT, 2+ years AWS, strong executive communication, and a proven track record in vendor management,

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive IT experience with enterprise operations and infrastructure.
8+ years in leadership managing technical teams and staff.
2+ years of enterprise AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC etc.).
2+ years of enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, load balancing).
2+ years of IT service desk and incident management.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, MIS, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for enterprise IT infrastructure and services.
Lead cloud operations, migration, provisioning, monitoring, and cost optimization.
Oversee AWS environments including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch.
Direct enterprise networking, DNS, load balancing, and unified communications.
Oversee service desk, incident management, and KPIs.
Manage disaster recovery, backup, and resiliency capabilities.
Partner with cybersecurity teams on audits and compliance.
Lead vendor management and SOW development.
