Job summary

Princeton University seeks an experienced IT leader to serve as the primary interface for Facilities' application portfolios. You will manage IT service delivery, oversee operations, and coordinate with Facilities and campus partners to align technical priorities with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Experience overseeing multiple applications and projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT service management and development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end delivery of technical solutions and operational support for FIT applications.
• Communicate portfolio progress to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Respond to after-hours alerts, incidents, and outages as part of on-call rotation.
• Maintain external IT service contracts and oversee resources.
• Provide guidance to application technology support resources and maintain robust operations.
• Partner with senior leadership on roadmaps for automation and reliability improvements.
• Champion policies and methodologies and align IT delivery with business needs.
• Assess new software products for migration and adoption; explore benchmarks.
• Lead audits and collaborate with campus partners for continual service improvement.
