Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration in Architecture/Engineering for leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors and managers.
• Committed to quality, HDR values, and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead technical risk management through process and resource reviews.
• Oversee quality assurance, tools, standards, and techniques for service quality.
• Develop strategic plans for the business class with market sector directors.
• Mentor technical leaders and manage project delivery oversight.
