Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific oversight across immunology trials and post-marketing studies. You will partner with RWLP management, business development, and operations to shape study designs, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology/Statistics/Public Health, strong familiarity with trial designs, and proficiency in SAS/R/Python.

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials.
• Requires graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health (Masters; Doctorate preferred).
• Requires knowledge of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late phase designs and guidelines preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, or Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific resource for RWLP management and senior leadership across Functions.
• Help develop and win global business opportunities; lead proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight to projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate study start-up and ongoing management; develop/peer-review protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and reports.
