U.S. Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead the company’s financial reporting, consolidation, and policy development.

This role partners with CAO/CFO, external auditors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, audit‑ready results and scalable processes in a multi‑entity healthcare environment. The successful candidate will oversee US GAAP reporting, footnote disclosures, and MD&A, while guiding SOX readiness and policy improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required with 7–10 years of related experience.
• Public-company reporting experience including MD&A and disclosures is preferred.
• CPA either obtained or strongly preferred; Big 4 background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly consolidation and financial reporting process for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee SEC-style reporting readiness, disclosures, and MD&A support.
• Partner with CAO, CFO, and external auditors on audit readiness and controls.
• Perform technical accounting analyses on revenue, business combinations, and leases.
• Drive continuous improvement of close processes and reporting automation.
