This role partners with the CAO/CFO and oversees monthly close, footnote preparation, and complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, business combinations, leases, equity-based compensation, and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• Public-company reporting or IPO experience is highly valued.
• Experience with Workiva or similar external reporting platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead public-company‑ready financial reporting and governance.
• Oversee monthly close, consolidations, and intercompany eliminations.
• Own footnote disclosures, MD&A support, and audit materials.
