Qualifications

• Public-company reporting experience, IPO/readiness preferred.
• CPA strongly preferred; Big 4 experience valued.
• Ability to prepare executive-level materials for audit committees.
• Experience with complex technical accounting matters under US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly/quarterly close and consolidated reporting processes.
• Oversee technical accounting research and complex US GAAP analyses.
• Support SOX documentation, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with CAO, CFO, FP&A, tax, and external auditors.
• Develop scalable reporting processes and policy documentation.
