Job summary

Primekss | PrīmX® Industrial Concrete Flooring & Structural North America is seeking a Director of Operations & Estimating to serve as the operational integrator for North America. This leader will direct end-to-end project execution, drive quality across partner sites, and manage the dosing machine fleet while maintaining a disciplined cost-estimating baseline to grow full-slab bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in concrete construction.
• 5+ years leading field crews or project teams.
• Deep understanding of concrete mix designs, admixtures, aggregate ratios, slump, curing chemistry.
• Hands-on with machinery and field equipment.
• Experience with blueprint reading and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Direct active project delivery from contract to turnover.
• Lead on-site with field crews and subcontractors.
• Manage dosing machine fleet and equipment maintenance.
• Produce takeoffs and bottom-up cost estimates; reconcile estimates quarterly.
• Develop SOPs, machine logs, QA checklists; hire and mentor staff.
