Job summary

Neo Security is seeking a Director of Field Marketing & Events to build and lead our field marketing from the ground up. You will own strategy and execution for in-person and virtual engagements, including conferences, roundtables, regional events, user summit, and sponsorships.

You will partner with Sales, SDR, and Product Marketing to translate pipeline targets into a calendar of high-impact programs, ensuring every event ties to measurable pipeline and brand outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in field marketing, with leadership experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT space.
• Proven ability to generate measurable pipeline with clear ROI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own field marketing strategy and calendar across regions, including conferences and events.
• Build and manage field marketing budget to maximize pipeline and ROI.
• Partner with Sales/ SDR leadership to align programs with territory plans and pipeline goals.
• Design and execute ABM programs and integrated regional campaigns.
• Manage vendor/sponsorship relationships and evaluate conference ROI.
• Lead event logistics end-to-end: venue, booth design, staffing, collaterals, sessions.
• Define and report field marketing KPIs and present results to leadership.
• Build and manage a field marketing team and contractors as programs scale.
• Represent marketing at industry events and stay current on cybersecurity conference landscape.
