Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related discipline
• 7 years of management experience and/or experience leading teams and/or projects of varying size and complexity
• 7 years of working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
• 5 years of aggregate project experience from the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider)
• Lean Six Sigma and Human Centered Design (HCD) are preferred (any of the following)

Responsibilities

• Involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
• Drive P&L and strategic value for the enterprise through the division’s portfolio of projects and deliver large- and small-scale consulting engagements.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
