AHMC Healthcare Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director of Cardio-Respiratory Services to oversee Respiratory Therapy, Pulmonary Function, and Cardiac & Vascular labs. You will drive patient care quality, compliance, and operational efficiency while leading a multidisciplinary team.

This leadership role requires strong clinical acumen, strategic planning, and the ability to mentor staff within a complex hospital setting in California.

Qualifications

• Current and active license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Graduate of a two-year AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program.
• 5+ years of critical care experience.
• 5+ years of clinical or teaching experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare management and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate clinical and administrative activities across Respiratory Therapy, Pulmonary Function, and Non-Invasive Cardiology departments.
• Maintain a smooth, efficient workflow and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Establish department goals and lead staff toward shared objectives.
• Participate in leadership meetings, departmental manager meetings, and hospital committees.
• Design, implement, and monitor QA and CQI programs for the department.
• Oversee budgets, inventory, and resource management.
