Job summary

Los Robles Regional Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor of Cardiovascular Services to lead program evaluation, registry oversight, and data reporting. You will coordinate with the Cardiovascular Service Line Director to monitor benchmarks and quality metrics across multiple registries.

The role requires RN licensure in California, a BLS card, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5 years of RN experience including critical care or cardiovascular settings. Strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BLS provider card required.
• RN license for California required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five (5) years full-time equivalent employment as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1-year Critical Care, Cardiovascular Surgery, Cath lab or ED experience required.
• Prior cardiovascular service line support experience preferred.
• Prior experience in Quality department within a hospital preferred.
• Prefer previous experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Cardiovascular Service Line Director; duties include program evaluation, monitoring processes and mitigating deficits relative to national program benchmarks.
• Oversee registries and maintain electronic files, data reports, and dashboards for county/state/national reporting.
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain databases and analyze complex patient care data for reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with hospital departments and management to achieve quality goals.
