SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Strategic Solutions Director in California to lead strategic growth and sales operations within a defined geographic area. You will drive revenue by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing sales data, and forecasting performance.

The role reports to leadership, requires travel across the territory, and involves collaboration with marketing, pricing, sustainability, and operations teams to craft proposals and execute revenue plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; maintain an MVR and driving eligibility.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports; speak effectively before groups.

Aufgaben

• Sales Operations lifecycle ownership including lead generation, qualification, solution development, and proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Strategic Pricing, Sustainability, Operations, Legal, and others to develop and execute proposals.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships and growth opportunities; understand client needs and what success looks like.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts; monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals; travel across assigned territory to call on customers.
