Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall operating strategy aligned with client business strategy.
• Oversee on-site food and beverage operation to meet resident and client satisfaction and financial goals.
• Lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain regular communication with executives and staff and drive a positive work environment.
