Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead technology teams across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud operations, cybersecurity, data engineering, and IT operations.
• Establish scalable, secure architectures and governance frameworks.
• Oversee design, development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and platforms.
• Drive modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, and AI integration.
• Collaborate with executives to translate business requirements into tech initiatives.
• Monitor technology KPIs, delivery metrics, and system availability.
• Mentor leaders, build high-performing teams, and manage organizational change.
