You will guide governance and operating models, analyze performance data to provide actionable insights, manage projects end-to-end, mentor junior staff, and champion ethical, transparent digital solutions across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads digital transformation engagements with clients and technical staff.
• Guides governance and operating models, capability development, and digital strategy.
• Analyzes digital performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Assesses client infrastructure to identify gaps and improve performance.
• Guides digital transformation journeys by gathering user needs and requirements.
• Ensures project work plans drive success and conducts strategic communications.
• Manages projects to deliver on time, within budget and quality.
• Conducts project meetings and workgroups.
• Serves as a technical expert and leads issue resolution.
• Leads, coaches, develops and trains assigned consultants.
• Monitors workload and provides resources for delivery.
