Good co India is seeking a Senior Technology Transformation Lead in the United States to drive end-to-end transformation programs aligned with business strategy.

You will build roadmaps, operating models, and business cases, coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, operations, product, and finance. The role emphasizes governance, risk, and benefits realization with a focus on AI/GenAI, cloud, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a tech/ business field.
• Proven experience in large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud, data, and modern architectures.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology transformation programs from strategy to implementation.
• Develop roadmaps, operating models, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Manage large-scale programs across cloud, data, AI, automation, and infrastructure modernization.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities and define measurable outcomes.
• Drive governance, KPIs, budgets, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendors/partners.
• Drive Agile/SAFe delivery and change-management initiatives.
• Identify risks and mitigate change impacts.
