Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Digital, Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Relevant program or change management experience is advantageous.
• Commitment to continuous learning on digital transformation and delivery best practices.
• Experience leading complex programs within large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary DTMO partner for an assigned Division, building trusted relationships with CDIOs and divisional leaders.
• Support development and execution of divisional digital transformation roadmaps and program initiatives.
• Ensure transformation initiatives are prioritized, governed, and aligned to business objectives.
• Provide guidance on program delivery, change management, and value realization.
• Oversee health and progress of transformation initiatives within the Division.
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews, milestones, risk management, and delivery assurance.
• Identify dependencies and risks, escalating and driving resolution.
• Maintain portfolio reporting and provide updates to leadership.
