Mars Incorporated seeks a Digital Transformation Programme Lead to drive delivery for the Petcare business unit. You will partner with CDIOs, divisions, and DTMO to align transformation priorities with enterprise standards and governance frameworks.

You will oversee program health, manage risks, and ensure adoption of changes across senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital, technology, engineering, business management, or related field.
• Experience leading complex programs within large organizations is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary DTMO partner for an assigned Division, building trusted relationships with divisional leaders and key stakeholders.
• Support development and execution of divisional digital transformation roadmaps and program initiatives.
• Ensure initiatives are prioritized, governed, and aligned to business objectives.
