Ford seeks a Manager, Digital Product Strategy to translate enterprise priorities into a clear portfolio strategy for the retail ecosystem, vehicle, dealer, and Ford Pro experiences. Lead cross-functional teams and communicate evidence-backed recommendations to senior leaders.

You will shape investments, test strategic bets, and drive execution with a small, high-impact team across Product, Design, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy, or a related field.
• Proven ability to own complex analysis and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Executive communication: exceptional writing and presentation skills.
• Must be willing to work EST time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Shape the digital product strategy and portfolio choices for the retail ecosystem and Ford Pro.
• Pressure-test bets and evaluate strategic fit, customer value, and delivery capacity.
• Frame build/buy/partner choices and turn recommendations into portfolio decisions.
• Lead complex, cross-functional workstreams and provide executive storytelling and leadership.
