• Experience advising senior executives or leading cross-functional strategy work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex work connecting Ford's enterprise and Integrated Services priorities to Digital Product strategy and execution.
• Build alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, Retail, Ford Pro, and service partners.
• Develop evidence-backed recommendations and compelling stories for senior leaders.
• Structure portfolio reviews and strategic deep dives with clear owners and actions.
