Ford seeks a Manager, Digital Product Strategy to lead portfolio decisions that connect enterprise priorities with digital product experiences across the retail ecosystem, vehicles, dealers, and Ford Pro. You will partner with senior leaders to test bets, align roadmaps, and translate insights into action.

This leadership role requires coaching teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes within the Digital Product organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Product Strategy with senior leaders.
• Strategic and analytical judgment for portfolio bets and business cases.
• Exceptional written and verbal executive communication skills.
• Operational discipline to manage multiple workstreams under deadlines.
• Ability to connect customer needs with enterprise priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Translate priorities into strategy for the retail ecosystem and connected experiences.
• Pressure-test bets and assess strategic fit, value, and timing using evidence.
• Frame build/buy/partner choices and track market and ecosystem movements.
• Tie strategy to delivery with measurable objectives and cross-team dependencies.
• Develop evidence-backed leadership narratives for executives and boards.
