Ford is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Strategy to align enterprise priorities with digital product strategy, investments, and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams and present evidence-backed recommendations to senior leaders, driving portfolio choices with high accountability.

You’ll shape strategy deployment, tracking measures, and ensure decisions are ready for execution across vehicle, app, dealer, and Ford Pro journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years in strategy-related fields.
• Experience owning complex analyses and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Automotive or digital product experience not required.
• Strong strategic and analytical judgment.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Must be willing to work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into retail ecosystem strategy and experiences.
• Evaluate bets for strategic fit, value, timing, and delivery capacity.
• Develop portfolio recommendations on ownership and partnerships.
• Track customer needs, competitors, platform shifts, and partner moves.
• Connect vehicle, app, dealer, service journeys across Ford Pro.
• Lead complex workstreams with cross-functional teams and executive storytelling.
