Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy, or related field.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and build business cases.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to deliver a clear, decision-ready story.
• Ability to manage several high-priority workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Ability to align cross-functional leaders through trust and sound judgment.
• Willingness to work EST time zone hours.

• Set portfolio direction translating priorities into strategy for the retail ecosystem, simpler experiences, and Ford Pro Intelligence.
• Pressure-test bets, assess strategic fit, customer value, reach, and delivery capacity.
