Ford is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Strategy to steer portfolio choices and investments across digital products, connected services, and retail experiences. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable actions that guide portfolio direction and execution.

You will own evidence-based recommendations, lead cross-functional teams, and shape decisions that connect vehicle, app, dealer, and service journeys.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy, or a related field.
• Strategic and analytical judgement: structure ambiguous problems, test assumptions, build business cases, and make explicit recommendations.
• Executive communication: excellent writing and presentation skills for decision-ready storytelling.
• Operational discipline: manage several high-priority workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Systems thinking: connect customer needs, product choices, platforms, and outcomes.
• Influence without authority: align cross-functional leaders through trust and sound judgment.
• Must be willing to work EST time zone hours.

Responsabilidades

• Translate priorities into strategy for the retail ecosystem, simple and intuitive experiences, and Ford Pro Intelligence.
• Evaluate bets for strategic fit, customer value, reach, and delivery capacity; test against evidence.
• Frame build/buy/partner recommendations and track market trends across enterprise priorities.
• Connect strategy to delivery: tie pillars to roadmaps with measures and funding visibility.
• Develop sharp, evidence-backed executive storytelling materials for leadership and boards.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, Retail, Ford Pro, and service partners.
