Job summary

Ford is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Strategy to lead portfolio direction and connect vehicle, app, dealer, and Ford Pro journeys with evidence-based recommendations.

You will partner with senior leaders across Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, Retail and service partners to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and execution plans.

This leadership role requires EST hours, executive storytelling, and the ability to influence across functions without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy, or a related field.
• Executive storytelling: demonstrate exceptional writing and presentation skills to turn complex analysis into a clear, decision-ready story.
• Operational discipline: manage several high-priority workstreams and deliver rigorous work under tight deadlines.
• Systems thinking: connect customer needs, product choices, platform constraints, and business outcomes.
• Influence without authority: align cross-functional leaders through trust and sound judgment.
• Must be willing to work EST time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into strategy for the retail ecosystem, simpler experiences, and Ford Pro Intelligence.
• Pressure-test bets and assess proposals for strategic fit, customer value, reach, and delivery capacity.
• Develop recommendations on what Ford must own, where to partner, and how to protect the customer experience.
• Connect strategy to delivery by tying pillars to roadmaps with measurable objectives and dependencies.
• Lead portfolio reviews and executive storytelling with clear asks and ownership.
