You'll influence portfolio direction, test commitments, and craft executive communications to secure decisions. Strong analytical storytelling and disciplined delivery are essential for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy or related field.
• Automotive or digital product experience is not required.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, test assumptions, and make explicit recommendations.
• Exceptional executive writing and presentation skills.
• Discipline to manage multiple high-priority workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Ability to connect customer needs, product choices, platform constraints, and business outcomes.
• Willingness to work in EST time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex work connecting enterprise priorities to Digital Product strategy and roadmap investments.
• Translate priorities into portfolio direction for retail ecosystems and Ford Pro experiences.
• Pressure-test bets, assess strategic fit, value, timing, and delivery capacity using evidence.
• Develop sharp narratives for executives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure decisions are actioned.
