Job summary

Ford is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Strategy to shape portfolio choices and drive execution across vehicle, app, dealer, and service experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams with senior partners to translate strategic bets into measurable outcomes and to ensure customer value is tied to business results.

You will own storytelling for Executive leadership, manage complex workstreams with ownership and accountability, and champion a rigorous, data-driven approach to strategy

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy or related field.
• Strategic and analytical judgment; ability to structure ambiguous problems and build business cases.
• Executive communication: writing and presentation skills for senior leaders.
• Operational discipline: manage multiple high-priority workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Systems thinking: connect customer needs, product choices, platform constraints, and business outcomes.
• Willing to work EST time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex work connecting Ford's enterprise and Integrated Services priorities to Digital Product strategy, portfolio investments, and execution.
• Work with senior Digital Product leaders to test evidence-backed recommendations and tell compelling stories.
• Structure portfolio reviews and drive decision-ready outcomes with clear owners and follow-ups.
• Develop sharp, evidence-backed materials for executives and boards, enabling informed decisions.
