You will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, and partners to shape a compelling portfolio and evidence-based recommendations.

You will own strategic storytelling, drive portfolio decisions, and coordinate with senior leaders to ensure customer value and business outcomes are realized.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Product Strategy and Portfolio direction translating priorities into strategy for the retail ecosystem and Ford Pro.
• Evaluate bets for strategic fit, customer value, and business impact with evidence-backed tests.
• Develop recommendations on build/partner/own decisions and connect strategy to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Document decisions and owners; enable teams to execute and scale initiatives.
