Job summary

Ford is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Strategy to connect enterprise priorities with Digital Product strategy, investment, and execution. You will work with senior leaders to turn portfolio bets into measurable outcomes and actionable plans within a small, high-impact team.

You’ll lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, and partners, shaping portfolio choices and ensuring rigorous, evidence-based decisions in a fast-paced environment. EST hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to own complex analysis and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Executive storytelling and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex work connecting enterprise and services priorities to Digital Product strategy, portfolio investments, and execution.
• Develop evidence-backed recommendations and compelling stories for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, Retail, Ford Pro, and service partners to align on portfolio direction.
• Structure portfolio reviews around evidence, options, trade-offs, and clear asks; document decisions and owners.
