Job summary

Samsung Electronics America seeks an experienced Retail Strategy & Analytics leader to define and drive a unified retail strategy across SES, MX Retail and CE Retail. You will own analytics, KPIs, and reporting to inform assortment, staffing, customer experience, and performance accountability.

Lead pilots in innovation, partner with operations to standardize processes, and develop a data roadmap that supports current and future business needs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in retail strategy or analytics.
• 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Consulting firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a unified retail strategy across Samsung Experience Stores, MX Retail and CE Retail.
• Own retail performance analytics, KPIs, and reporting to inform decisions on assortment, staffing, customer experience, and accountability.
• Lead pilots and innovation initiatives (new formats, digital tools, AI) and scale proven concepts.
• Partner with backend operations and store leadership to identify process improvements and embed data-driven optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience across all retail channels.
