This role focuses on owning the business, analyzing P&L, and partnering across teams to drive growth and new revenue streams from strategic projects. The candidate will work with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and other groups to forecast plans, test ideas, and execute initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with substantial experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations or technology.

Responsibilities

• Own: analyze business performance and P&L to identify channel opportunities and growth.
• Analyze strengths, weaknesses, and competitive pressures to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build: create business opportunities by unlocking new channels and exploring growth areas.
• Partner: collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Retail Operations and other teams on strategic projects.
• Test and Learn: apply data-driven methods to identify improvements and optimize processes.
• Operate: define forecast plans and execute to hit business goals.
• Can-do attitude and self-starter approach to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth Mindset: contribute to shaping the vision and direction of the business.
