Job summary

Search Influence is seeking an Account Manager to join a fully remote team. You will build client relationships, manage digital marketing campaigns, and present analytics-driven results to clients, including executives, to demonstrate impact.

You will own the client experience from onboarding to renewal, lead strategic planning across SEO, paid media, email, and more, and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive growth for education, medical, and tourism clients.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of professional experience managing client relationships in an agency, marketing company, or other B2B company or 2 years in marketing within an organization
• Experience in digital marketing, including foundational concepts and advertising platforms
• Ability to present to clients via phone, Zoom, or in person
• Independently lead client calls and meetings
• Build positive relationships with client contacts including executives and directors
• Articulate value of digital strategies and campaigns to clients
• Prioritize clients and time management independently
• Tell compelling stories using analytics dashboards and Slides
• Proficient with Mac and Google Docs & Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience from onboarding to renewal and growth
• Strategically plan digital marketing to meet goals and budgets
• Define measurable goals and review data analytics to report performance
• Collaborate with ads analysts, content specialists, designers, developers, and clients
• Communicate regularly via daily huddles, Zoom meetings, and chat platforms
