Job summary

The Digital Marketing Recruiters is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships and drive delivery across multiple digital marketing service lines. This is a remote-first role with offices in San Diego, CA, Colorado Springs, CO, and Columbus, OH.

The Senior Account Manager will manage strategy, solutioning, and revenue growth for 3+ service lines, translating performance data into actionable insights for clients across the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of client-management experience in a digital marketing setting
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, GEO, Paid Media, Earned Media) and analytics

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and delivery team engagement.
• Communicate results, milestones, and service expectations to clients.
• Develop integrated strategies across SEO, GEO, Paid and Earned Media.
• Present reporting and ROI insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and ensure timely handoffs between Sales and Delivery.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with Sales for scoping and approvals.
• Ensure deadlines are met and client workload targets are achieved.
• Support finance with overdue invoice communications as needed.
