Job summary

Search Influence is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a fully remote team. You will manage the client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, orchestrating digital marketing strategies—SEO, paid social, paid digital advertising, and email—to meet client goals and budgets.

You will lead client calls, present analytics, and collaborate with ads analysts, content creators, and developers to deliver effective campaigns that drive client growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing client relationships in an agency, marketing company, or B2B setting
• Experience in digital marketing including foundational concepts and platforms
• Ability to present to clients via phone/Zoom/in person
• Lead client calls and meetings independently
• Build relationships with client contacts including senior leaders
• Articulate value of digital strategies to clients
• Prioritize and manage time independently
• Proficient in Mac (Google Docs & MS Office)

Responsibilities

• Own client experience from onboarding to renewal and growth
• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, paid social, paid digital, email)
• Define measurable goals and monitor analytics to report on performance
• Collaborate with analysts, content, design, and developers to craft campaigns
• Communicate regularly with clients via calls, meetings, and updates
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive growth for clients
• Participate in training and process improvements
• Mentor and collaborate across teams to deliver results
