Search Influence is hiring an Account Manager to join our fully remote team. You will own client relationships from onboarding through renewal, guiding digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and budgets.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and report on campaign performance. The role requires strong presentation skills, the ability to lead client calls, and a data-driven storytelling approach with analytics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing client relationships in an agency/marketing or B2B role
• Experience in digital marketing and advertising platforms
• Confident presenting to clients via phone/Zoom/in person
• Ability to lead client calls and meetings independently
• Build relationships with C-suite, deans, doctors, directors
• Explain Search Influence’s value and digital strategies
• Strong time management and accountability
• Storytelling with analytics, dashboards, and slides
• Proficient with Mac, Google Docs & Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience from onboarding to renewal and growth.
• Define measurable goals and marketing strategies for clients.
• Collaborate with analysts, content specialists, designers, and developers.
• Maintain frequent communication via Zoom and chat to stay on task.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and price optimization.
• Support ongoing training and skill development within the team.
