Search Influence, a Louisiana-based agency, is expanding its account management team with a strategic Account Manager role. You will own client relationships from onboarding to renewal, shaping digital marketing strategies that drive growth and measurable results.

We value storytelling with analytics, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to present confidently to executives. This fully remote position offers ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to upsell and optimize

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years managing client relationships in an agency, marketing company, or B2B setting.
Experience in digital marketing and advertising platforms.
Comfort presenting to clients via phone, Zoom, or in person.
Independently lead client calls and meetings.
Build relationships with client contacts including executives.
Proficient with Mac, Google Docs & Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Own client relationships from onboarding to renewal and growth.
Strategic planning of digital marketing to meet goals and budget.
Develop integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, paid social, email, etc.).
Define measurable goals and create campaigns to achieve them.
Collaborate with analysts, designers, developers, and clients to execute campaigns.
Communicate consistently to stay aligned and on-task.
