Search Influence in Louisiana is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships from onboarding to renewal and growth. You will design and manage digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid social, email, and other channels, aligned with client goals and budgets.

You’ll lead client calls, present analytics dashboards, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver measurable results. This fully remote role offers mentorship and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing client relationships in an agency or B2B setting
• Experience in digital marketing and platforms
• Comfort presenting to clients via phone/Zoom
• Lead client calls and meetings independently
• Build relationships with client contacts including executives
• Articulate value of digital strategies and campaigns
• Proficient with Mac and Google Docs & Microsoft Office
• Strong time management and accountability

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from onboarding to renewal and growth
• Strategically plan digital marketing to meet goals and budget
• Define measurable goals and review data analytics metrics
• Collaborate with analysts, content creators, designers and developers
• Maintain frequent communication with clients and internal teams
• Support upsell opportunities and client budgets growth
• Provide training and pursue certifications relevant to work
• Mentor teammates and contribute to process improvements
