Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of applicable work experience including 5+ years in a role involving IT business partnership, product ownership, digital transformation, or portfolio management.
• Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of applicable work experience including 5+ years in a role involving IT business partnership, product ownership, digital transformation, or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies, enterprise platforms, data analytics, and IT service delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Proven ability to manage large or complex portfolios with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Commercial Engines leadership, ensuring digital strategies and solutions are aligned to program, operational, financial, and customer objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of Commercial Engines processes, pain points, and opportunities across engineering, fleet management, MRO, supply chain, and customer programs.
• Identify digital capabilities that advance business priorities such as margin expansion, material allocation optimization, cost reduction, turnaround-time optimization, and digital product enablement.
• Facilitate long-range planning discussions and co-develop technology roadmaps that support Commercial Engines’ strategic direction and value commitments.
