Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is hiring a Digital Business Relationship Manager for Commercial Engines. The role is onsite in East Hartford, CT, within the Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology team.

You will lead strategic partnerships, manage a broad IT portfolio, and drive value from technology investments across engineering, fleet management, and supply chain. Requirements include 12+ years in IT business partnership or 10+ years with an advanced degree, strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or advanced degree with 10+ years, including IT business partnership/digital transformation.
Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies, enterprise platforms, data analytics, and IT service delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Proven ability to manage large or complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Business Engagement: align digital strategies to program, operational, financial and customer objectives.
Portfolio & Demand Management: manage intake, prioritization, and governance across a broad portfolio.
Service Delivery & Value Optimization: ensure services meet quality/Performance and promote standardization.
Relationship Management & Communication: build executive-level partnerships and translate business needs into clear tech requirements.
