Job summary
Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT is seeking a senior engineer for the MCS&S transformation program to modernize and integrate multiple systems across military engines, P&W, and RTX ecosystems.
You will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align digital strategies, improve product quality, and enhance user experiences while ensuring cybersecurity and ITAR compliance.
A DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required for this role.
Qualifications
- BS in STEM is required.
- 12+ years engineering experience or 10+ years with an advanced degree.
- Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Modernize and integrate MCS&S systems with other Military Engines, P&W and RTX systems.
- Collaborate with commercial customer technical support organizations for digital strategies.
- Improve product quality and operational efficiency through technology.
- Ensure cybersecurity and ITAR compliance for MCS&S systems.
- Collaborate across teams to understand processes and user needs.
- Identify and implement AI platforms integration into MCS&S processes.
