Job summary

Cadence is seeking a Technical Account Executive in California to leverage deep technical knowledge and sales skills to maximize Cadence solutions. You will build campaigns that unite customer engineers, leadership, application engineers, resources, and partners to achieve ambitious goals.

The role requires 7+ years in electronic design and 4+ years in pre-sales, with a MS or BS in EE or CE, and a willingness to travel in the San Diego/Austin/San Jose regions.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of the digital design flow from RTL to GDSII.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams and campaigns with customers.
• Knowledge of AI/ML design methods and Cadence tools and flows.
• Ability to converse with senior management on tech and business topics.
• Understanding of digital requirements across regulated markets.
• Experience with mixed-signal IC design and packaging considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead technical campaigns to introduce new Cadence technologies.
• Collaborate across customer engineers, leadership, and partners to ensure success.
• Build strong relationships and fuse teams to drive multi-million-dollar campaigns.
• Translate customer needs into actionable Cadence solutions and plans.
