Job summary

H2M architects + engineers is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to lead our social media presence and digital content across the website and platforms. You will be the go-to for social and digital, developing campaigns, managing content, and coordinating website updates in collaboration with the Communications Specialists, Multimedia team, SEO consultant, and Director of Marketing.

The role sits within the Marketing & Proposals team, crafting strategic, high-quality content to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in social media management, digital content, or a related role.
• Experience managing social media across multiple channels; campaigns from concept to execution preferred.
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite preferred) and analytics reporting.
• Strong writing, editing, and ability to translate technical info into engaging content.
• Familiarity with SEO and web analytics; WordPress or similar CMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital content and social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Research market trends and opportunities to improve website engagement and social performance.
• Manage H2M’s social media presence across platforms, including content planning and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Communications Specialists and Multimedia team to source and publish content.
• Create, edit, publish, and optimize digital content including posts, pages, case studies, and assets.
• Translate technical information into clear content for business development and clients.
• Oversee website content management, updates, QA, and audits.
