Job summary

BHDP Architecture seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to bring the firm’s strategy to life via social media, the website, and email. You will create and optimize content that reflects our brand, engage with audiences, and support lead nurturing across channels.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing Communications and the Marketing team, you will manage campaigns, optimize SEO, and coordinate with our web partner to continuously improve user experience and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience across social media, website management, and content creation.
• Experience aligning content with lead generation and business development objectives.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BHDP’s social media strategy and campaigns across platforms.
• Capture engaging photography and videography on BHDP projects and events for social posts.
• Monitor platform performance and conduct regular social media audits.
• Manage the firm’s website content and coordinate with external partners for enhancements.
• Oversee marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing in HubSpot.
• Build and optimize email campaigns to support business development goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and drive improvements in engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand-consistent digital assets.
