SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Digital Content Strategy & Optimization Lead to own the enterprise content roadmap and drive high-visibility digital experiences for prospects and members.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on writing, editing, and publishing to improve clarity, engagement, and conversion across multiple enterprise initiatives. You will influence senior stakeholders and ensure timely, compliant content delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital content strategy, writing, and publishing.
• Experience leading content strategy for high-visibility cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise digital content optimization roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Lead content development and page production for high-priority initiatives and launches.
• Craft conversion-focused headlines and journey messaging for audiences and stages.
• Ensure pages are properly designed, compliant, and published on schedule.
• Act as final escalation authority for complex, sensitive digital content.
