Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Digital Content Strategy & Optimization Lead to own SCAN’s content roadmap, drive high-visibility publishing, and shape enterprise content standards. You will translate business goals and audience insights into strategic recommendations and lead cross-enterprise teams across Digital Product, UX, Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Digital Strategy, or related field.
8+ years in digital content strategy, writing, web publishing, or related discipline.
Experience leading content strategy for complex, high-visibility initiatives.
Ability to influence enterprise stakeholders without direct authority.
Proven track record of creating conversion-focused content and pages.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise content strategy and publishing for high-priority initiatives.
Create, edit, publish, and optimise digital content across audiences and experiences.
Craft headlines, body copy, CTAs, and journey messaging for different audiences.
Ensure pages are compliant, well-designed with UX, and published on schedule.
Serve as escalation authority for critical, high-impact content.
