Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital content strategy, writing, or publishing.
• Experience leading content strategy for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Experience with enterprise CMS and content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise digital content optimization roadmap with measurable outcomes across the portfolio.
• Identify cross-enterprise opportunities to improve journeys through messaging, structure, design and publishing practices.
• Translate priorities and insights into strategic content recommendations and action plans.
• Advise senior leaders on content direction, risks, and opportunities for high-visibility initiatives.
• Define portfolio-level success metrics and drive ongoing optimization decisions.
