Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Sr. Associate Director of Development Strategy to partner with senior leaders in KSAS External Relations and Development.

The role focuses on donor engagement strategies, campaign concepts, and principal gift content designed to inspire investment and deepen donor relationships across KSAS. Responsibilities include developing donor-facing materials, collaborating with internal and external partners, and driving interdisciplinary gift strategies with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Three years of related experience, including one year of professional experience.
Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to identify funding priorities for inclusion in donor-facing materials.
Write and design personalized proposals and case statements for donors.
Translate priorities into clear, compelling content for donors, alumni, and external constituents.
Collaborate on interdisciplinary principal gift strategy with DAR leadership.
Coordinate with KSAS Marketing & Communications to ensure consistent messaging and collateral.
