Job summary

Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Sr. Associate Director of Engagement for KSAS to oversee alumni programs, events, and donor discovery within External Affairs.

You will lead the Dean’s Second Decade Society and coordinate cross-functional teams to build relationships with alumni, donors, faculty, and volunteers. The role focuses on strategic development, managing committees, and delivering metrics for engagement and pipeline growth across campuses, with a strong emphasis on planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of related experience.
• Ability to manage and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni through events, programs, communications, and volunteer activities.
• Develop and implement strategic programs that foster relationships between alumni and students, the DOFF, and JHU.
• Lead the planning of large-scale and high-visibility events and initiatives. Serve as the point of contact for alumni volunteers and/or event speakers.
• Identify, recruit, train, steward, and recognize alumni volunteers.
• Analyze alumni data, generate reports, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
